@shadowfax_in delaying my @mynykaa package for over a week now. Every single day the delivery date gets pushed by another day. The package is literally lying in the same vicinity where I live, yet nobody bothers to deliver it. This keeps happening whenever the shipment is larger.

Really disappointed with @MyNykaa delivery service. My shipment has been delayed for 7 days now and every day the expected delivery date simply moves ahead by one more day. No accountability, no clear communication — customer care just keeps saying “please wait.”

I honked continuously cuz they were moving at the pace of a snail blocking the road. There was traffic build up behind me. I honked until the road was wide enough for me to pass. The second I went ahead they picked up speed to follow me.

Feeling unsafe, I began recording this video. Upon realizing this, they attempted to leave the scene. I informed them that I would contact the police regarding their conduct, after which they drove away.

When the road widened and I safely moved ahead, the same vehicle followed me, repeatedly honking in a threatening manner. I stopped and asked them to roll down their window to address the situation, but they refused while continuing the intimidation.

But there is no way I can reach u guys. I sent an email but the reply was very vague. It’s been 2 months now and no reply. I paid for extra baggage twice. Not done. This was the first and last time I travel with air India express

@AirIndiaX there is no way you guys pick up calls or reply to emails when we complain. I paid for extra baggage when I booked my ticketand it did not show on the system so you charged me again. Did not give me enough time to look for the payment receipt. Now I have proof.
