I ordered the watch on April 28, 2024 from @amazonIN. It stopped working on April 11, 2025. @XiaomiIndia Service Center said warranty started on Feb 17, 2024, so they refused to help. @amazon support (Case No: 9965) has been unresponsive. Beware of used items sold as new! #help
