It has been 10 days and even after multiple complaints about 2 misplaced parcels and 1 pickup dispute there is absolutely no response form the team.
Seems like there's no waY to Contact this company for any issues. I quit.

@delhivery @help_delhivery Has the worst customer complaint addressal system. One email Id for all client complaints where the response rate is extremely low.

I hope you realize that most parcels are time sensitive and need to be addressed immediately.
