Just had a ride on an @Olacabs and paid an exorbitant amount for a ride that not only lacked basic hygiene but also overcharged me for a ride that took 30 extra minutes for no reason. #slowclap
@makemytrip needs to fix its customer service. At a time like this, it's completely impossible to know whether a flight I cancelled back on 7-Mar got cancelled or not. I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve it too! Can't use Corona as an excuse for poor service"
