The man is 81 years old, his job is to use his brains and strategy to keep India secure from multiple threats and project power, in which he has done a commendable job. Like one comment said, it's like attacking Stephen Hawking as incompetent.

What justice to Meenakshi Natarajan?

The issue was never whether the Telangana court had jurisdiction. The issue is that she did not disclose the case against her while filing her nomination papers.

The case has not been adjudicated on merits. The trial court merely returned the complaint for presentation before the appropriate court, citing lack of territorial jurisdiction. That is a procedural step, not an exoneration.

The Returning Officer acted on the facts available before him. The Supreme Court also declined to interfere at that stage and advised her to pursue the statutory remedy of an election petition before the High Court.

Attempting to portray a jurisdictional transfer as proof of innocence is misleading. The real question remains unanswered: why was the Telangana court proceeding not disclosed in the nomination papers in the first place?
