3. We also booked one seat in **2AC (for a child)** for added comfort, but were allotted a **side lower seat**, which is too small and uncomfortable for a family traveling with a kid.

We request immediate attention to these issues and necessary actions to improve the comfort.

We are in **B3 compartment, berths 63 and 64**, and experiencing the following problems:
1. The train seats are extremely uncomfortable and making noise, causing inconvenience throughout the journey.
2. The washrooms are in a highly unhygienic and untidy condition.
