@IraGilligan The reason I got a PO Box for my practice is that one day the postman came to our door and said he saw someone taking our mail as he drove away. When he circled back to try an ID the prep, he found a stack of client IRS notices in the middle of the street.
Dear @TeamYouTube, I would like to ask you to reconsider your decision on @bullracksin’s channel. His channel is family friendly while providing a service to the community by exposing and providing law enforcement with addresses and bank account information of scam criminals.
This #OCDAwarenessWeek, I'm filled with gratitude for former NYC Council member @StephenLevin33. His courage in sharing his personal journey with OCD has been a beacon of hope in my life.
For years, I struggled with OCD, believing it would forever control me. Then, in October 2021, I stumbled upon Stephen Levin's inspiring thread. Though I didn't act immediately, his words planted a seed of possibility.
Life took a devastating turn just weeks later when my son Leon passed away, following the loss of his younger brother David eight years prior. The overwhelming grief intensified my OCD symptoms, plunging me into a dark place where I questioned my will to go on.
In my darkest hour, I revisited Stephen Levin's powerful words. His story became the catalyst for my own transformation. Through therapy and medication, I've found freedom from OCD's grip, a freedom I once thought impossible.
What touches me deeply is Stephen's kindness and support, despite our differing political views. When I reached out privately, he offered guidance and advice without hesitation. His compassion transcends political boundaries, and for that, I am eternally thankful.
To anyone battling OCD or supporting a loved one through it, please know that hope exists. There is a path out of the suffering, and with the right help, you can find peace and relief.
Stephen Levin's openness about his OCD journey has not only changed my life but continues to inspire countless others. His advocacy reminds us of the power of sharing our stories and the profound impact it can have on others' lives.
@nickmeals@IraGilligan I live in Hickory. There were a lot of trees down and a number of neighborhoods do not have power. Hickory seems to have no internet service. Verizon’s cell service is down in our neighborhood. We have ATT, which is up.
I wonder what it indicates when your read about the @janesaddiction onstage fight when you're not a fan of the band and your first stop is @YFBSpod to see if they've done a show on Jane's Addition. @musiccitymark@TylerMahanCoe
@IraGilligan If this works, I’ll be pitching that the next title be the Yellow Book Auditing Standards. I used to perform Yellow Book Audits and every year I’d read the whole book of standards at least once. <= risk management😀
