Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on MLK Day

Today, we pay tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a visionary whose words and actions continue to resonate deeply in our fight for equality and justice. On this special day, we revisit his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech, delivered at the Lincoln Memorial:

> "I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.'"

Dr. King's dream was not just for African Americans but for all humanity:

@Microsoft has decided to double revenues in the month of November on your dime. Check your credit card statements. You will see that they billed you twice for O365 and other services. When you confront them about it, they give you BS about changing policy to bill BEFORE services instead of in arrears as they have been doing for decades. They also tell you the only way to get a credit for the double-billing is to cancel the services.

As a #MicrosoftPartner for over 20 years, I find this even more disturbing because I now have to absorb the loss for the month of November for my entire customer base. I am a small business owner not the World's most valuable company.

I find this and their practice of overcharging for egress fees to be morally reprehensible. Shame on you Microsoft.
