@whirlpool_india very bad service. My washing machine is under AMC and the service center person said that part available but engineer said he is not well. When i called back again they said only half part is received and will take 2 more days. Now they are not answering the phon

@whirlpool_india Yes, the appliance concerned is resolved. But i got call from service center saying that my AMC is not valid and company wants to issue refund. That is what i want to discuss with Whirlpool and not service center.

@whirlpool_india Hi Team, a new issue today. The parts were replaces under amc and machine is working fine now.
Today morning i got the call fro. Service center asking for my adhaar and canceled cheque to get the refund of amc as it was not supposed to be issued.

@whirlpool_india Hi. I got the call from the technician, he said he got the part but did not get the hammer from his center so he cannot come today. I'm paying for laundry everyday getting it done from outside. I told him he needs to do it today and he hung up on me.

@ACKOSupport Hi Team, i raised a repair request for my dishwasher on 3rd Dec, till now no action has been taken. I called the customer support they said that case will be escalated and wait for 2 more working days.

@dominos_india waited for an hour for the order and got only half of the order. Extremly unprofessional. Dilevery person says the people who pack must have missed it.

@Flipkart very bad customer service. I've orderdba product which has 10 days replacement policy.

There is a manufacturing defect with the shoe cabinate and the tech person also mentioned the same to customer care. But even then the return has been rejected.

@FaberIndia facing issues with claiming warranty for my dishwasher purchased on 6th May'21. As per amazon the manufacturer warrantt is 2 years but as per the service center its 1 year Customer care people said that they don't have any information regarding warranty only headoffic

@WakefitCo highly dissappointed with your services. Getting tbe same delay message for my ofder for last week. The order was supposed to be delivered on 30th June. Everytime i hear a different way of telling me that there is a "Logistical Issue".

@FaberIndia very dissappointed with the service, this is the second time i am facing the same issue with the dishwasher, logged a complaint on 3rd June still no one has contacted.when i call the engineer he does not answer the call.
