At this point in time, I have wasted a LOT of time to and only have multiple "Apple Case IDs". @AppleSupport
You guys "really" need to think about:

Syncing purchases in one place no matter where they are made from and not have the buyer jump around iTunes and your website.

Not sure what'sup with @AppleSupport & having to see your own purchase history? If you make purchases from a store, online, even apple pay, there is no way to see them all in one place. Why am I have to run around calling stores to get proof of purchase & just not see them online
