@Kraydius@GitJournalApp@AdamBrodziak@foamnotes I just haven't gotten to it. Been kinda swamped with other things.
This month looks quite crazy so I only expect to get back to GitJournal properly from October. :(
@krisnova@Bashfulrobot@ChrisShort@GitJournalApp It does offer to handle all the SSH key part transparently if you give it OAuth access.
See, sidebar, Git Host Setup -> Setup Automatically
@carlosabalde@GitJournalApp Thank you. It's really nice of you to say that. And here I was super worried about how people would react, as it has far more bugs than I would like.
@apodoxus It's unlikely that I'm going to loose interest anytime soon. I've been using it since mid 2018, and Journaling is an important habit for me.
Though, it sadly still hasn't replaced Google Keep for me completely.
@GitJournalApp is for more than Developers. It's #opensource, well designed, easy to use, has a journal mode, linking of notes, Markdown support, inline images, fast search, and 11 languages. Sync notes to github, Gitlab, Gitea, or self hosted! https://t.co/QG2Bteuwue
@AndreTheAnalyst Hey. I've been building @GitJournalApp specifically to get rid of walled gardens and allow us to easily manage our notes from our mobile.
I think you might like it.
Since GitJournal is being used so for many different use cases, I think I should let the user pick exactly what is considered a 'Note'.
Programmers seem to have wildly different workflows.
Dear 10 users who haven't updated GitJournal in over 3 months, please consider updating.
Firebase Analytics was sending data to Google even when disabled and was removed over 3 months ago! https://t.co/4rAA8dKD5v
We finally have a working CI for iOS! - https://t.co/NCZWN6u2i1
If anyone would like to help testing on iOS, please let me know. I can add you to TestFlight.
I just removed Firebase Analytics from GitJournal. It seems that even when disabled it still communicated with Google.
Does anyone know of any alternatives build for app analytics and not websites? I'm close to making my own, but perhaps I shouldn't.
