2 hours ago I again informed them that I am landing in 2 hours and I asked for help/ urgent calls with the hotel and I was told we’ll coordinate on emails. 2 hours are over and I have no contact no email no response.

Customer service and help from @bookingcom is so much more helpful and empathetic than @Expedia. I have spent the entire day just asking for help, receiving none and stuck. The hotel I booked has dropped considerably in prices and they won’t cancel nor price match.
