Not sure why they even have a wallet feature if its not something that can be used and why their support team is so quick to transfer money to the wallet without even checking with customer. They are clearly running a SCAM! @rapidoapp_ @RapidoCares

🚨 NEW RAPIDO SCAM ALERT! 🚨
Driver dropped me in a random location, but charged the full fare. Upon complaining - got partial refund to their useless "wallet" (see video). Asked for refund to source - took my details, then no one from support is responding. 🤡

@ActivateClaw @RapidoCares @rapidoapp_ Lol yeah, these guys literally give refunds on their so called useless "Rapido Wallets" knowing very well that, that money cannot be used anywhere. And NO ONE from their support even replies to the messages. @rapidoapp_ 's support team is useless.
