This is very exciting! @TomChodor and my book will come out in late October with @UQPbooks. It examines Australia's response to the pandemic, explains how we went from the lucky country to the locked-up country, and discusses how we can avoid the same in the next crisis.
It's been just over two weeks since the #AUKUS submarine pathway was announced. @ASPI_org and @ASPI_DC have done extensive analysis on the submarine pathway (Pillar 1) and advanced capabilities (Pillar 2) and what is needed to make AUKUS work.

Here are 6 graphs everyone needs to see:
@ShalnevaE@viveksworld@rorysutherland that's brilliant Elena, it's why a lot of people, myself included, seek satisfaction/fulfillment/joy from their hobbies.
@annaspargoryan rating the friendship or rating the date/activities?
the former-no, because that'd be awkward.
the latter- yes, because it's better to have the info and avoid activities you both dislike, if only 1 of you like the activity, you can enjoy it by yourself or with other friends.
Tomorrow in the ACT Supreme Court @MurdochCadell begins his defence for revealing what was done in Afghanistan in our name. Despite being vindicated by the Brereton report, & in the face of inadequate Whistleblower protection laws. Come along to support him 9am outside the court
@KerriSackville It's especially hard to "get over" a friendship with someone with whom you did things, not just "catching up", I'd ask a mutual friend to bring it up (if that's possible),eg ("Do you see Kerri much?") but otherwise, try to do the same things you with other people.
