@1shankarsharma This is incorrect. Whey is safe & effective. mTOR is important for helping cells and muscle grow. While chronic overactivation of mTOR is linked to aging and diseases, there is no direct cause-and-effect correlation between this and normal dietary protein intake.

1. Whether minor changes in enviorment you sleep in, create that kind of delta in the quality of sleep.
2. If someone is building a solution to help users sleep better - is sleep enviornment the first problem to be addressed.
This is antithesis of what we advocate to our trainees when we coach them to help them reach their fitness goals.

Having an unusually large goal is an adrenaline infusion that provides the endurance to overcome the inevitable trials and tribulations that go along with any goal. Realistic goals, goals restricted to the average ambition level, are uninspiring and will only fuel you through the first or second problem, at which point you throw in the towel.
