Hi, I made a Visa booking last week which is still showing status as yet to send to embassy. When I tried calling to phone support, I was put on queue for 40 minutes and still no one picked up. Booking ID ID: NV200221923442.

I read few bad reviews but went with it anyway thinking MMT might have improved. MMT never fails to give you the worst experience possible.

I called their customer care and it was put on hold for 1 HOUR 😂

I’m out of words, not sure why they even give that option without any intention to support.

@Flipkart @alluarjun No respect for the commitments. I ordered 2 items such were supposed to be delivered by Oct 10th. Due to some supply chain reasons, it was moved to Oct 13th. Now it is late Oct 13th and still not yet out for delivery. They are just giving false ads about discount for publicity.

Why is it not yet submitted and when will it be submitted?

If you dont plan to support customer calls, atleast remove that option instead of giving false sense of customer support.

they wont return it and after that they won't even reply to my mails. I happen to know 3 more people who left at the same time as me and they also didn't get back their money. I guess its their business model to make profit off security deposit by never returning it.

Never go for @CoHoStayz. I choose coho, even after seeing a lot of negative feedback just to give it a try as I was staying for a short duration. When I was leaving they told me they'll return my security deposit within 2 weeks and when I mailed them after a month, they said
