In addition to the project on SR 35, contractors have also completed a project to resurface SR 18 from the Rankin County line to SR 35 in Raleigh. This will provide motorists on this heavily traveled corridor into the Jackson metro a much better ride. #MSworks #MShwys

Recently, contractors with @MississippiDOT completed a resurfacing project on SR 35 from SR 28 in Mize to SR 37 in Raleigh. This much needed project on the county’s most heavily-traveled highway will provide safety and comfort for motorists. #MSworks #MShwys

The Smith County Board of Supervisors wishes you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving. As a reminder, county offices are closed Thursday, and there will be no county garbage pickup on Thursday. Thursday's garbage will be collected on Saturday, the 27th.
