My issues with @JetBlue from this week’s events are the lies and the silence. You can’t strand people far from home w/ no options – nor leave them on the hook for 3h (or more).

JetBlue was my favorite airline, and now I’m so angry I wrote a 12-tweet thread PSA against them. 11/
