We’re hiring an Academy Executive Director for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Development Academy.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a pivotal moment for both our club and the game itself. As the Riverhounds organization continues to grow, we’re looking for a visionary leader to help shape the future of player development in Pittsburgh.

With more than 3,500 players across three locations and a clear pathway connecting youth soccer to collegiate and professional opportunities, the Riverhounds Development Academy is positioned for continued growth and long-term impact. The Academy Executive Director will play a key role in leading that next chapter by overseeing strategy, standards, operations, and development across the entire RDA platform.
