@flipkartsupport I have received a call from delivery agent saying his dispatch center cannot process exchanges and he doesn't have that option.

This is second time for this order he has given same reason. If exchange is not possible for my zip code why order was processed in the first place

My airtel fiber connection is not working since 30th May. Customer care email 121 just copy pastes the same message for every reply. Pathetic customer service.
They keep extending the resolution time since last 3 days. Time to jio!
