Dear team,

I am writing to appeal the ban on my WhatsApp account linked to my phone number +852 9407****. (I have sent email to WhatsApp support but no one replies).

I believe this ban was issued in error, as I have not knowingly violated WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. I l use the official WhatsApp app and communicate with my friends only. I did not spam message and did not say anything inappropriate. Besides, I suspect that there was unauthorized login before the ban (same situation happened to my Facebook account, and now Facebook has checked and unblock my account because it thinks that there was
unauthorized login).

My whatsapp is very important because I need to keep contact with my friends and family. As above, I am really innocent. My families are very worried about not being able to keep contact with me too.

I kindly request a review of my case and the reinstatement of my account. I assure you that I will comply with all WhatsApp policies moving forward.
