@SimpliSafe Got my system installed. It was super easy....with a little trouble with the connecting the cameras to wifi, but got it done. All this to find out that you only allow one user on the system. It's 2024, what are y'all doing? If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't. #dobetter
@SimpliSafe just cancelled my install and considering returning my SimpliSafe alarm because your partner OnTech uses bait & hook to install cameras. On their website they hide the fact that cameras are an extra charge. 3 cameras are $190 which is more than the original install.
@SimpliSafe I don't think I have anything to chat about. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Perhaps you could work with OnTech to include the wording "Cameras not included". At this point it appears they are trying to actively deceive your clients. It's not a good look. My suggestion below.

... Even better would be allowing me to register all my tools and then take that list and derive a storage solution. It could provide a blueprint that would allow me to just order the parts and follow the directions to install my custom storage solution. Just sayin.
@RYOBItoolsusa I'm trying to use your #ryobilink custom storage builder and it occurred to me that it would be a very useful feature if I could just enter in the Ryobi products I have (It's a lot) and your builder would create a recommended solution with a configuration list...
2022 #Customer#service is abysmal. I remember a time when customer service meant that you did right by the customer and went out of your way to ensure that the customer was taken care of from the start. Those days are apparently over. I'm looking at you @enterprisecares
