बेहतर जल निकासी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कार्य जारी है। #GNIDA द्वारा ग्राम हल्दौनी मोड़ से कुलेसरा हिंडन तक ड्रेन निर्माण किया जा रहा है।लगभग 800 मीटर लम्बे ड्रेन का निर्माण प्री-कास्ट स्लैब पद्धति से हो रहा है, जिससे कार्य गुणवत्ता पूर्ण और शीघ्रता से पूरा होगा।

1. 40% of graduates in age group 15 to 25 are unemployed.
2. Every year, about 5 million graduate but only 2.8 million find jobs. 44% get added to the pool of unemployed graduates.
3. Men dropping out of education due to economic stress. In 2017 about 38% male participation fell to 34% in 2024. And 72% cite ‘need to support family income’ as the reason for dropping out!!
