I had purchased ear pods vide order number OD337465964916371100. Since the product was defective I had requested replacement. As per the email I received the order was scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

This is clear cheating. Without delivering the product it shows that the product is not delivered while I have not received the product. Worst service from your end. You guys are cheats. I need a replacement product or else I need refund of my money. I will file consumer case.

However the delivery agent attempted to deliver the product today but I was not available in home since I was away from home. The delivery agent called me and I told her to deliver the product tomorrow. But she refused. But when I now check the order status,it shows delivered.

I had ordered for shoes. My order id is Order ID - OD334565578684200100

My order is not yet delivered. It should have been ideally delivered by Yesterday. But now today the time is 09:15 pm.

Still it is not delivered. Very poor quality service.
