A new EV having repeated auxiliary battery failures within such a short period is unacceptable. Simply recharging the battery is not a solution. I need Tata Motors to investigate the root cause and provide a permanent resolution urgently.

@TATA_CARS @TataMotors My Tata Tiago EV Creative+ (24), delivered on 24 July 2026, has had a complete auxiliary battery drain 3 times — on 4 Aug, 28 Aug & 31 Aug — leaving the car unable to start.

The vehicle has already been inspected twice at the Palakkad service centre, where I was told there was no issue with the car or battery. Yet the same problem has happened again.
