@ActusDei@jashkriplani The table has few mistakes:

With power supply set to be disconnected on Monday morn for 1,500 flats in Bengaluru's Mantri Serenity, flat owners file police complaint: In a bid to save themselves from being plunged in darkness from Monday morning, a total of 106 flat owners of `Mantri Serenity’ apartments on Doddakallasandra Road and assn members on Sun evng lodged a complaint at Subramanyapura PS agst Vista Castle Private Ltd, a unit of the Mantri Group. This follows the disconnection of their temporary power supply by BESCOM on Saturday afternoon for over four hours and restoring after giving them an ultimatum that it would be disconnected 60 hrs later (Mon morn).
The flat with 27 storeys has 1,500 families in 17 Blocks struggling for nearly two years now due to a temporary power supply that is erratic, says R Ramanujam on behalf of owners. Senior citizens sometimes get stuck for over 30 mins inside lifts when power fails. "We are constantly living in fear due to the power issue,"
@ramanujam132549 told @XpressBengaluru
The flat owners also forced the closure of Mantri Serenity's marketing office on Sunday @siddaramaiah@DKShivakumar@PMOIndia@MoHUA_India@osd_cmkarnataka@mdbescom@NammaBESCOM
@Tejasvi_Surya Great to see such critical issues being taken up by you and team. Wanted to bring to your attention a selfless and quiet achiever from Namma Bengaluru:

Another reminder that if you hear "guaranteed profit" and things like "17% tax free", run the other direction.
Growpital, a startup that did collective investments of 160+ cr. into farmland apparently, is dinged by SEBI saying you can't do collective investments > 100 cr.
They created LLPs to structure this, and assumed farm income was tax free and in some alternate universe, 17% guaranteed and risk free. The risk free return is now: the risk was free.
SEBI says hello, block those bank accounts until we figure this out. No investing, no giving money back, no taking more money. The company will appeal, undoubtedly. But this issue creates massive uncertainty - and if investors want to panic exit, it might simply not be able to repay. There is potentially enough legal loopholes and probably enough capital - to pay back at least some amount of the money taken. But it's going to see pain.

Resident welfare assns must register themselves under the Dept of Co-op Societies only. For disregarding this & for oth violations, the Registrar of Societies orders freezing of the bank a/c of Whistling Woods in North Bengaluru @NewIndianXpress@XpressBengaluru@KA_HomeBuyers
@ActusDei@SatyaSontanam The firm also claims getting returns much greater than interest, i.e around 40-50%, and that's how it's sustainable for the company to pay 14-15%. Is that practically possible?
Do you have a long reading list but a very short list of books you actually read?😬Good news—we decided to start a book club of sorts on @tradingqna. The first book we're reading is Money Wise by @deepakshenoy. It's the single most recommended book this year😀
@WeekendInvestng One another question on the new products. Since you are lowering the fees and maximum investment into the new portfolios, would n't over crowding faster? Also since you already have MI MT Allcap product, when you introduce the new product for All caps, would product be same?
@BSEStARMF Why are the SIP's channelled through your platform taking ages to reach the HDFC AMC?
My transaction got deducted from Account on 2nd Feb for HDFC Short term debt, and I have still NOT got the units allotted. Why are you delaying the transfer?
