On Sunday, Professor Vikas Rawal presented a report on behalf of the Centre for Adivasi Research and Development at a convention organised along with the Adivasi Adhikar Rashtriya Manch. Some of the highlights of the report are:

* Since 2014, the number of jobs reserved for STs in PSUs fell by 25,169.
* The number of ST school teachers fell by 35,000 between 2018 and 2021
* There is no consolidated data on the status of reservation in public sector banks, insurance companies, and public health institutions.
* There is no consolidated data on the status of reservation in state government jobs
* 12,615 ST vacancies have not been filled in 11 Central government departments
* For 10 lakh vacancies in various Central government sectors, the Central government has concealed data.
