Have you ever noticed that tinfoil bart has NEVER appeared in any episode where focusyn is mentioned AFTER brother's little helper? It's because, (in my theory) that ever since bart has gone crazy in the episode, he was "weaned" off of the drug BUT he still took focusyn when 1/6
