Hey @VoteTimBarnes bin store and fire brigade access blocked, As well as enabling bikes companies to drop bikes here WCC have added 2 big bins. It’s impossible for residents to get urgent deliveries…Pls move the bays and fine the bikes instead of giving them permission to dump.

Tube strikes often bring a surge in dumped dockless bikes across Westminster.
These bikes were blocking a taxi rank & obstructing the pavement yesterday. Our City Inspectors issued fines & ordered operators to remove them.
We're keeping pavements accessible & safe for all.
