Today historically was supposed to be one of the strongest days of the year.
I had SPX calls and they were green… 37% and I held them.

Why?
Because I let the bias get into my head instead of trading what was in front of me.

I believed the narrative.
I ignored my rules.

Then I made it worse: I changed strike, doubled down, and lost again.
One of my biggest red days of the year 🥹

This one’s on me.
Lesson learned (and reinforced):
• Trade price, not opinions
• Never let buyers or sellers control your emotions

Hard lesson to end the year , but a necessary one.

I’ll take my experiences and this reminder into January.
Reset. Refocus. Stronger.

The market always teaches , as long as you’re willing to listen. 🐝📉➡️📈
