@TheSSEHydro can you at least please tell me if there’s any accessible ticket availability left for Michael Bublé concert to save me wasting any more time trying to get through to booking line?

[VixBell @vixbe11]

@TheSSEHydro have rang your accessibility booking line 200+ times this morning and have had ringing tone at least 5 times only to be cut off - massively disappointing service!

@AskNationwide Applied for account transfer via friend recommendation, 2 months later I finally get an account but no £100. My complaint gets upheld with £75 apology but still no switch! Poor, poor customer service, so frustrated and disappointed.

Hey to anyone who feels uncomfortable being around a woman breastfeeding in public: leave the area until they are done and/or until you can handle a mature level of life as a human. Babies and new mothers are way ahead of you in the give-a-fuck line.

@AskNationwide Thanks for reply. I haven’t set up IB because I haven’t recd anything to confirm my acc has been set up?

[VixBell @vixbe11]

@AskNationwide applied to transfer current acc to NW a few weeks ago, recd email confirming app successful but have heard/recd nothing since. Tried to speak to transfer team on phone but gave up after waiting on hold for more than an hour! Disappointing start 🙄 help please?

[VixBell @vixbe11]

@MOCCISCOUK have tried contacting you since last week regarding my returned order but I haven't recd any response to my emails and I can't get through to you on the phone or via online chat. Is anybody there? Help please! #moccis #poorcustomerservice
