@peshdawg @premierinn We are appalled at the utter lack of customer service and care of @premierinn. We stayed at Old Street, London-the family room was so small we had to climb over beds to move around but this "how it is". The bed collapsed underneath me resulting in me breaking my foot but tough.

And @premierinn expected us to stay and fill in accident forms when we needed to get to A&E as it turns out, I'd broken my 5th metatarsal and sprained my ankle
