What a shame @airindia ! I am travelling from SFO to Delhi in flight AI174. The seat’s handle is broken & screens are not working. You charge extra money for the seats & all but what kind of service is this? It feels like we are sitting in a local bus!

I have 20 hrs flight!! SFO to Delhi via Vienna. I have already travelled SFO TO VIENNA and this is the most horrible flight I have ever travelled from! 80% of the screens in the flight isn’t working! The toilet smells! Who’s gonna pay for it? @airindia

How do I reach @ColourPopCo customer representative??? They have sent wrong product and It’s so funny that nobody is responding to the emails. There is no way to call them or chat!! With over 9M followers they can’t even afford to hire a customer rep team??
