Hero Cycles has emerged as the L1 bidder

quoted Price per bicycle(incl taxes)

Boys: ₹7,235
Girls: ₹7,476
Total requirement: 5,32,388

If the bicycles are procured at the rate quoted by the L1 bidder, the total cost will be ₹392 crore.

The budget has allocated ₹277 crore for this scheme.

An additional allocation is expected to be made after the work order is issued.
