• Triple riding on two-wheelers.
• Failure to wear helmets.
• Vehicles without proper registration number plates.
• Business activities and road encroachments that obstruct traffic.
• Unnecessary and unsafe openings in road dividers.
• Outdated traffic routes for heavy vehicles, RTC buses, and other commercial vehicles that no longer suit current traffic conditions.
• Lack of traffic signals at several major and accident-prone junctions.
• Pedestrian footpaths occupied by roadside vendors and illegally parked vehicles.
• Commercial establishments—including schools, colleges, hospitals, shopping complexes, and even some government offices—lacking adequate parking facilities, forcing vehicles onto public roads.

Entire Rajanagaram - Katheru NH-16, Diwancheruvu - Kadiyapulanka NH-216A stretches need 40 ft Service Roads (both sides), Central Lighting, Beautification & Proper Storm Water Management.

Arrange the strong traffic signal system at this key junction and continuous monitoring.
