@Profeco @AtencionProfeco I filed complaint PFC.B.B.3/005550-2025 against Palace Elite Resorts in May 2025. Three follow-up emails since Dec 2025 — zero response. The supplier continued collection threats during conciliation. Can someone please confirm case status? #PROFECO
