I bought a Haier’s refrigerator from @amazonIN. Yesterday, Upon installation by Haier’s technician, the product was found to have few visible dents. While I have already completed the exchange process and no longer have the older refrigerator with me, I got the installation done.

The support executive was helpless to raise a complaint! She can only get the product returned and money refunded after 7 days! Surprisingly there is no email address where people can raise their issue! They are using deceptive strategies to trick people by selling such products!

I am using this brand for more than 20 years, but never seen such worst quality fabric. Last year, I have bought this shirt from one of your stores at Connaught Place, Delhi and wore only a few times. The shirt is completely damaged, you can hold it anywhere & tear like a paper!

2 months ago, I gifted a Samsung A06 5G mobile to my sister. Now, the phone is completely dead. Visited the Service Centre twice and they are awaiting for the Motherboard. The phone did not even last for 2 months. Terrible, low-class product! @SamsungMobile
