@AmazonHelp Thanks anyway @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp but the return page says that I have to prepay for the return from the US to the UK and that Amazon will reimburse me for up to $10 of the cost. I don't think that will cover it.

Another annoying @amazon delivery experience. My book has been "processing at the carrier facility" since 8:30am. It's now almost 7pm but the status is still "arriving today." Why not just admit that it won't be delivered until tomorrow. The AI customer support is useless.

@AmazonHelp I've tried talking with your support reps @AmazonHelp and they do nothing. The latest update is that if I don't receive the book that I should have received on Monday, I can ask for a refund on Thursday. This is terrible service.
