@SamsungIndia Order #33364609127 —It’s been 20 days, tons of emails,even escalated to Samsung India’s head and still no resolution.Forced to pay an unfair cancellation fee for their own delivery failure, then offered a coupon instead of a refund. No accountability. Worst customer service ever!
@Abhay1973Sharma@SkodaIndia Rightly said, I also mailed twice to customer care at Skoda India. Both times, I received the same reply: that the dealer would contact me in two hours, but unfortunately, those two hours never came.😄
@tvsmotorcompany I already contacted service center, TVS care & even escalated earlier — no real help. I had to spend ₹16k for wheel replacement & struggled a lot to get the kit issue fixed. DMing again won’t change the fact that customers are left to suffer despite raising complaints.
