Yesterday, scooter broke down at 6 PM. Waited until 10:30 PM for 24/7 RSA (Ticket ID: 08662382 ) – NO HELP! Forced to abandon scooter.

After posting this, the Ola RSA team is asking me to come to the breakdown site so they can lift the vehicle. I have to wait there for them to arrive, but they haven't given me a specific time. they are saying that this is a punishment to me for buying an Ola S1 pro with the Ola care plus plan
My Ola S1pro Gen 3 purchased on 16 april 2025 broke down on June 22nd at 6 PM. I was left stranded, trying to reach Ola Roadside Assistance and Support for hours (7:30 PM - 9 PM) with ZERO help or work order created. I waited on the road until 10:30 PM without any guidance!
Now, it's June 23rd, and the problem is STILL NOT SOLVED. To make matters worse, there is NO ONE at Ola I can contact by phone to escalate or resolve this issue. Just automated responses and vague promises from an "RSA team" that can't explain anything.
This is an utter failure, @OlaElectric@bhavishagarwal! I paid for this scooter and the Ola Care Plan, and the complete lack of accessible support and resolution is a disgrace. @OlaElectric new Ola S1 Pro + G3 on 15/4 (WB19R1018). Hyper mode hasn’t worked since Day 1, Now my scooter is stuck at the service center. Very disappointing!
@MichaelKors The problem with this particular buckle is that one end is in direct contact with both the belt and the trouser, while the other end is seemingly detached and floating in the air.
