@SafariBagsIndia bought a suitcase on 30 Jul, it broke on 31 Jul on its maiden airport journey. Case raised (25C18113) on 05 Aug. waiting for refund ever since. Have been calling customer care every week, getting standard reply. No escalation mechanism. Pls help.
