@DrHuw I listen to a lot of non medical podcasts just to get away from work a bit. This is a well known observation known many years now which is The Peter principle. But despite that the NHS continues to waste money promoting unsuitable people. Tech companies are good at avoiding this

@fletchjack This has been talked about every year for ages when I was a trainee as well. The trust always says they can't do anything about giving an hour back which they can easily do. Admittedly, some people might work a different trust but the time the clock moves forward 🤷‍♂️🤔

@GoodLawProject This is 1 I disagree with GLP, it was the British who introduct ID card in Hong Kong where i am from, it did help with checking status, also it is helpful to use as universal ID e.g. proofing age, opening some sort of accounts etc, I say the advantages outweigh the disadvantages
