Introducing Artil
I started treating our agents like employees – giving them their own email and credentials. Best use-case is inviting our Hermes agent via its email to a new service and letting it sign up / use on its own without sharing any password or api keys
Artil makes this very easy for agents you already run like Hermes, OpenClaw and Claude. It gives each agent a persistent email inbox, SMS number and secret storage
we don't need AGI or smarter models, instead we need a single orchestrator model that can delegate work to a bunch of small models, each of which has been good RL-trained on one specific task
Yield in crypto is no longer a single strategy
It’s a system shaped by distribution, user behavior, and capital efficiency
This research maps that system and its implications 👇

the first book is a hyped one by Rick Rubin, controversial to some, but not for me as a kid who grew up with MTV in a post-soviet city
