Day 15/15 of my quality vs quantity experiment
On Day 0 I asked: Does one complete, fully-featured template beat ten average ones?
15 days later, Visia is not finished. And honestly, that's okay.
I underestimated the scope, got a client project in the middle of it, and refused to rush just to hit a deadline. No regrets.
What I didn’t expect: building in public was way less scary than I thought. Sharing the slow days, the doubts, the low-energy Sundays, people connected with that more than any polished result. That alone made this whole thing worth it.
I also connected with so many awesome people who showed up and supported me every step of the way. Thank you! This journey wouldn’t have felt the same without you.
I’m more convinced than ever that quality wins. Visia is no longer just a landing page. It’s becoming a proper multi-page package that actually solves real problems for buyers.
So what’s next?
No more day counter. No more deadline pressure.
I’ll keep posting daily progress until Visia ships.
The result of this experiment showed me that quality wins.
Follow the journey and let's see how far quality can take us.
Quality over quantity. That’s the answer now.
@framer
Quality or Quantity?
I am running a 15-day public experiment in the @framer marketplace to find out.
Some creators win by shipping volume. I am testing the opposite: taking one high-end template and building it into a complete, multi-page package. If depth doesn't move the needle, I go back to volume.
For the next 15 days, I will overhaul my premium Visia template.
The scope:
• Expand a 1-page layout into a full multi-page package
• Restructure homepage flow for higher conversion
• Redefine the packaging and messaging
• Build a global CMS customization system
The stakes:
I post a daily report. If I skip a day, I fail the entire experiment.
Does one complete, fully-featured template beat ten average ones?
Follow along, and let's find out.
Day 0/15. The clock starts now.

I’m in the same position. I used to just build templates because I enjoyed it, not to play the distribution game.
Now it feels like visibility matters more than quality. If you’re not constantly pushing content or already established, you basically disappear.
Hard to justify spending days or weeks building something just to have it buried overnight. At this point, continuing doesn’t make much sense.
@aldgallardo True. At this point, it’s not building, it’s a full-time content grind. If you’re not constantly posting and pushing, your work just disappears.
I’m in the same boat. I used to just enjoy building templates without focusing on audience growth. But it feels like it’s no longer about quality, only about distribution now, so the loudest win. I also don’t have time to be active 24/7, so it’s getting hard to compete with the noise.
@anayatul_islam I feel you. Spent a lot of time here too, believing quality would carry. Turns out it’s mostly distribution now. If you don’t have reach, your work just gets buried.
@Teeblix_@framer Totally agree with you. "If you're not popular, you are most definitely cooked." Quality is basically irrelevant now — it’s all distribution. If you don’t have an audience and engagement, your work just doesn’t exist. It gets buried and ignored.
@anayatul_islam@jurrehoutkamp@framer I feel you. Spent a lot of time here too, believing quality would carry. Turns out it’s only distribution now. If you don’t have reach, your work just gets buried.
