@aravind I think they fear democratization of models & see d pace of open models, coz I guess many of small competitors may crack d code & start sector focused better models & install them on prem & prevent data learning by these models. I think they hav sensed their monopoly is near end.

@jopriyu267 Decentralisation of celebration from core city area to local processions is d permanent fix. Keeping d processions for 12 hours (12 pm to 12 am) with local monitoring reduces load on administration as well. Killing festival is not d solution. Unpopular opinion:(1/2)

@pulse_pune Both roads adjacent to this new office are occupied by vehicles visiting passport office covering 2 lanes sometimes. I would request @pulse_pune to check if there was any parking clause in the tender floated for this new passport office premises. If yes it's definitely violated.

@RMantri As far as I know many mining blocks are privately owned lands. So d mining rights r sold first & then acquisition process follows. Also viability study (mining cost vs output) starts after auction so may b bidder does not start operations. Prime reasons r these I think.

Finding invester wit agreement to share profits til d firm becomes capable to invest its own money as security deposit is d only commercialy viable way possible. & Aircraft owner is right to demand deposit due to its cost.
