@sarah_go_green Well, you're doing well and getting results. I couldn't manage on that level of calories but on the 5:2 diet and avoiding UPF as much as reasonably possible I dropped from 12st 1lb to 11st 7lbs last year. This year I aim for 11st 2lbs (my racing weight when I was younger).

@otleyshev68 Hi Kev, quick one. I've just seen the video of your ENV200 that you converted into a campervan. Looks a very professional conversion! I was wondering re the Campsite hookup cable port under the charge port flap - did you do that yourself, or did you get someone else to do it?

@glynhudson Well done, looks an excellent route! Assume some of the charging points were at hostels or similar that you stayed at? Not camping? Wondering what the CAT centre is like these days, having visited 30 years ago. Have you any plans to visit?
