car3 has to exit the road and watch traffic from one side

car1 has to see traffic from both sides of road before turning left so it will take more time.

@TheWillTruth The reason, scores are high, as for more than 18 months CEC/Federal Skilled draws were paused. These scores are the aftermath of that pause. It is going to get stronger and stronger if demand for immigration to Canada keep on increasing.

No interim email from IRCC ..
calling IRCC is of no help as the agents have no knowledge about the policy, they just read out the scripted answers. We can also read those from the website but we need an answer now .. Please help us

Its been 23 days now since #PGWPExtension announcement amd we have not got any #interimemail. Many others like me did not recieve any email, several calls to #IRCC were made, but no outcome.

Despite of being eligible for #PGWPExtension policy, we have not got interim work emails which was promised to us. Certain eligible #PGWP holders have not received interim emails and #IRCC is not helping.
