This past highschool season I was also awarded with All-District honorable mention! I again am very thankful for my teammates and coaches who helped me achieve this amazing milestone!

We're living at a point in human history in which "grinding" 24/7 is apparently cool.
Fucking. Relax.
Fitness is supposed to enhance your life, not control it. If it's causing you more stress than necessary, it'll do more harm.
Learn to shut off and relax.
Over 1,000 seniors will play their last organized football game ever tonight. This game will stick with you forever; how do you want to remember it? Hold nothing back, leave nothing to regret (which will occur anyways, trust me). Rage, rage against the dying of the light. #wisfb

Ever since I was 13, I’ve been excited about turning 31 because it’s my lucky number backwards, which is why I wanted to surprise you with this now. You’ve all been so caring, supportive and thoughtful on my birthdays and so this time I thought I would give you something!
Fruit is good for you.
Walking is good for you.
Stretching is good for you.
Lifting weights is good for you.
Water is good for you.
Sleep is good for you.
Therapy is good for you.
As I have watched the events in Minneapolis unfold the last few days I have wondered & prayed about how I should respond. Below are my thoughts. I hope you read the whole thing because the final thought is most important. Romans 12:21 🙏🏽
Trying to Lose Fat?
1) Walk more
2) Eat 1 big ass salad daily
3) Nix the protein bars. Get your protein from meat/fish/yogurt/eggs/tofu/etc
4) Put your damn phone down and get to bed before midnight.
5) More fruit.
If you can do it in 2-minutes or less...do it now.
Your happiness is your responsibility. No one else’s.
When in doubt...choose the option that will make you most proud.
No one owes you anything. Ever. No matter what.
