Leaving an effective voicemail is one of the top ways to increase your inbound calls and put the power back in your consumers’ hands. Research shows that with every touchpoint you make, the likelihood of your prospect responding increases by 10%.
You should avoid phrases like, “If I could just have a few moments of your time” when speaking to consumers. This is a common permission phrase we use that leaves the door open for people to dismiss you immediately.

Some people have a hard time keeping track of upcoming payments. Voicemail can be used as an easy way to reach out without bombarding people with notifications.
Think outside the box when contacting your customers. Don't just reach your audience when they miss a payment—leave thank you messages, time-sensitive reminders or even let them know when and where you'll be for upcoming events and webinars.
In a report from @ZippiaInc, only 37% of new business prospects felt a salesperson had provided the information they needed to address their specific concerns. Focus on clarifying your messages for consumers by creating scripts that convey all you need to within your message.
