From a journalistic perspective, a pretty shameful performance from the sports journos in the room. They did the absolute bare minimum to ask Ovechkin "the question" without actually asking anything meaningful and risking their access for the season. Ovi said he participated in Putin's ad "without hesitation" and there was no follow up at all if that means he supports Putin's war, the bombing of civilians etc
